My name is Kirsty and I started teaching Jazzercise 10 years ago after falling in love with it in Scotland and then moving to this area where no one taught it. For me, it’s the best workout around which is why it has been around for over 50 years! It has changed with the times and adapted to current fitness trends and it is now something that I couldn’t be without. My classes and I are very welcoming and friendly, feel free to come along and give it a try! 

Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with pilates, kickboxing and strength training, one hour session can burn up to 800 calories. You’ll get long, lean muscles and a mood boost that cant be beaten.

How to get started

This is very beginner friendly. You do not need to be a certain level of fitness to join as these classes will help you with that from the start. We use a workout mat and a set of small hand weights in all classes. You can buy these quite cheaply online. There is an option to stand and not do floor work if unable and also weights use is not mandatory.
