Hi I’m Yaz the owner of BEEYOND FITNESS. I started my own studio in Burgh Le Marsh over 6 years ago because I am extremely passionate about many aspects of well being. I wanted to be able to offer support to people in my community with their health and fitness goals.

At BEEYOND FITNESS we offer a wide range of classes to suit a lot of people’s needs and wants. Whether that’s the Meditation with Hatha Yoga or the fast racing beat of Studio Spin. Alongside these, we have your classic old school classes that you can’t go wrong with like Legs, Bums & Tums. Jayne and myself (Yaz), as instructors make sure that each class and each week we offer our classes they never feel the same. We always have fresh new plans with motivating music and instructors to get the best out of your workouts.

In all of our classes that we cater for all levels of fitness. We know first hand how some fitness classes can feel a little (or a lot!) overwhelming at first. Especially if it’s something new for you and you’re a total beginner. So, whatever your fitness level, gender, age, ability you are welcome to come along.

If you need to bring a little one along with you our class, come along to our Baby & Me sessions. It’s a perfect opportunity for you to get a workout whilst the little ones play in a dedicated area set up just for them to explore.

But we also go be[e]yond fitness. We like to think our classes are a place that takes people away from the craziness of daily life. They offer a place where you are greeted with a smile, can have a laugh and also have an opportunity to chat with the people around you. Some life long friendships have been formed from attendance at our classes.

Who can join in?

With such a diverse range of classes available there is plenty of variety for people to try and find out what they love the most. In all of the classes we show adaptations to suit all fitness levels. You never need to worry that the class won’t be suitable for you.

Making a change

We know how walking into a class for the first time can feel a little daunting, we have both been there. But everyone that joins us for a class, whether in the community halls or studio, tells us that they are made to feel welcome. So even when you attend a class on your own you never feel out of place. Also, we have a good laugh in our classes so fitness with us always feels challenging but very enjoyable.

We have had so many people achieve amazing transformations with us. Through 1-1 personal training and/or our classes that we offer, we’ve seen people who have changed their health (mental and/or physical) for the better.

How to get involved

You don’t need to bring any equipment. We even supply exercise mats but you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Anytime the class/session involves equipment we supply everything you need.

We offer 1-1 personal training sessions and small-group training in the BEEYOND FITNESS Studio in Burgh (which is the old florist – opposite the sunshine nursery). We also offer classes in The WI Hall and Village Hall, both in Burgh. You can park for free at the halls or in the marketplace (which is a few minutes walk to the hall/studio) .
