Lincolnshire Co-op Wellbeing Walks

Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Lincolnshire Co-op supports over 60 walks across Lincolnshire and Newark. Starting and finishing at the same location, all walks are free of charge, lasting between 30 and 90 minutes. It is impossible not to feel good when walking outdoors – it’s a natural mood-booster, and you’ll never be short of company! The walks are very sociable and most are followed by a chat and a cuppa.

Joining a walk can help boost your fitness and wellbeing, however you can gain so much more – learning about your local area and its wildlife, meeting new friends and boosting your mental wellbeing. They are aimed at everyone, and are generally easy and accessible, so ideal if you are new to walking. If you aren’t sure if the walk will be right for you, then please get in touch to find out more.
