Sapphire Strolls, are free leisurely walks around scenic parks in Lincolnshire organised by age UK Lincoln and South Lincolnshire. Specifically created for the over 50s, these walks a great way to increase your activity, and meet new people. The walks will be relaxed and unrushed in pace, with a focus on spending time in the great outdoors and enjoying good company, and the chance for a cup of tea and a chat at the end.

Walks take place at the following locations

• Spalding: Ayscoughfee Hall. Thursdays at 10.30am
• Bourne: Meet at Bourne bus station. Thursdays at 1.30pm
• Lincoln: Parks across Lincoln varying each week. Fridays at 1.30pm
