Hi, I’m Emma McDonald, the founder of Lincolnshire Fitness. Lincolnshire Fitness is the hub of Health, Fitness and wellbeing in Burgh le Marsh, Skegness. I have been helping the people of Lincolnshire to lead healthier and happier lifestyles for over 20 years. Joined in 2017 by my partner Gavin, we now work together to support our wonderful clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Here at Lincolnshire Fitness we can offer a completely private Studio for you to train in, meaning you have no busy gyms to contend with. Since 2020 we have been offering live and easy to follow Online classes from our purpose-built facility for our clients all over the UK, and in 2023 launched our Lincolnshire Fitness App, giving our clients more choice and freedom than ever before. However you train, your goals are our priority, and we provide you with a completely bespoke service as we understand every client is different.

We truly believe that we have the best job in the world, helping people feel better, live better and get the very best out of life. Let us help YOU make a positive change.

Who can join us?

Our Studio and Online class are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, however we would love to hear from you so we can make sure the class you choose is the right for your goals.  We would love to hear from you and offer you a free taster class to welcome you to our groups.

The benefits of exercises are endless.  We believe movement is medicine and like to look at our classes as a way of bringing health, wellness and happiness to your life.  Our class members enjoy the social side of classes. We meet before and after for a pre/post class chat where friendships are formed.  They also love exercising in a group where we can encourage each other to make that time out for ourselves which is hugely important in our increasingly busy lives.    Taking time out to support the needs of your health, whether it’s physical or mental is deeply nourishing. We provide a safe environment for each and every one of our members to enjoy it.

How to get involved

To get started contact Emma or Gavin via the Lincolnshire Fitness website contact form. You might need to bring along a mat for certain venues but we can give you advice as to what you need. Generally we provide the majority of the equipment for you.
