Lincolnshire Wellbeing Walks

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Lincolnshire Co-op is a super partner with Ramblers, supporting over 60 walks across Lincolnshire and Newark. Starting and finishing at the same location, all walks are free of charge, lasting between 30 and 90 minutes.

Joining a walk can help boost your fitness and wellbeing, however you can gain so much more – learning about your local area and its wildlife, meeting new friends and boosting your mental wellbeing. The walks are led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who are on hand to provide encouragement and support.

They are aimed at everyone, and are generally easy and accessible, so ideal if you are new to walking. If you aren’t sure if the walk will be right for you, then just get in touch with the local walk leader to find out more.
