Enjoy a tranquil walk around the lakes at Whisby Nature Park. Once a gravel pit, the nature reserve is now managed by Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. It’s a great place for families and for nature lovers – with a wide variety of bird life to spot, and there are a number of strategically located hides to view them from.
There are six waymarked trails to choose from at Whisby Nature Park ranging from 1.2 to 3 miles. Paths are level and in many places have a hard surface of compacted limestone.
The Natural World Centre offers toilet facilities, a shop and a cafe with hot and cold refreshments. Mobility scooters can be hired from the Centre.
There is a small charge for parking.
