    What do I need to take part?

    • loose clothing that you are able to move easily in,
    • and a water bottle to help keep you hydrated throughout the session.

    The clubs will provide any mitts and pads needed for you to take part and will guide you through how to use them correctly and safely. Boxercise is an indoor activity, so you won’t need to worry about wearing wet-weather clothing to take part.

    Boxercise is a non-contact sport so you will not need any protective gear.
