Stamford Glow Ride

This ride is part of the ‘My ride. Our right’ mass glow rides night of action. Together, we’ll light up the night and call for safer streets and better cycling infrastructure, especially for women riding after dark.

Inspired by Stamford’s Historic Lantern Parade, a tradition of illuminated cycling in Stamford stretching back more than 130 years. Explore Stamford at night on two wheels.

All adults and older accompanied children are welcome to join a friendly relaxed group of cyclists for a spin around the town. Decorate your bike with lights, wear something bright and lets light up the night!

Please make sure your bike is roadworthy, you have tools to fix your bike or a back up plan. For all rides please wear a helmet and make sure you have front and back lights on your bike.
