One of the most popular apps for tracking runs and bike rides, Strava allows you to share your runs with a huge community, and compete with your friends. Its free and simple to get started, but there is an option to upgrade to the premium version for more features.

This Mum Runs Run30 programme is a simple, easy to follow walk/run programme based on minutes moving rather than pace or distance, The 24 coached sessions are all between 30 and 45 minutes. You can connect with the This Mum Runs community for support.

The Johnson & Johnson 7 minute workout app
