Zombies, Run! 5k Training
A fun alternative to Coach to 5K, Zombies, Run! 5k Training is an 8-week training program and audio adventure for beginners that’ll improve your fitness so you can run a 5km distance. The app will build up your running confidence over 25 workouts – combined with a gripping story delivered straight to your headphones.

One of the most popular apps for tracking runs and bike rides, Strava allows you to share your runs with a huge community, and compete with your friends. Its free and simple to get started, but there is an option to upgrade to the premium version for more features.
