DESCRIPTION:Lincolnshire County Cricket Club will take on Derbyshire County Cricket Club in a showcase, 50 over cricket match this summer in the heart of Lincoln. The game presents the opportunity for National Association side, Lincolnshire (formerly known as minor counties) to take on the full-time professionals of Derbyshire.\nThis one-off game provides a unique opportunity to watch First Class County cricket right here in Lincolnshire at the picturesque Lindum Cricket Club, located within walking distance of Lincoln’s iconic Cathedral, Castle and Bailgate area. It promises to be a great family day out with activities for the children including a Junior Girls Cricket Festival from 10am, the Showcase game starting at 11am, and children’s cricketing activities from noon. Ice creams, a licensed bar and bbq all add to the atmosphere as well as the excitement of a fast-paced cricket game.\nThis event will be an all ticket affair and tickets can be purchased in advance or on the day.
